Chinese New Year Set Menu
Indulge in an opulent buffet featuring an array of culinary delights meticulously crafted by our expert chefs. From traditional favorites to contemporary creations, our Grand Reunion Set Menus that serves 10 people at one time, promises a symphony of flavors that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you craving for more. Diners may choose either Option 1 of RM988.00 or Option 2 of RM1,288.00, according to their own menu preferences.
Option 1 is offering an 8-course option, ranging from appetizers to desserts. Option 1’s menu includes Double Boiled Traditional Chinese Herbs Duck Soup, Roasted Whole Chicken with Crispy Fried Ginger and Garlic, Fried Rice with Dried Scallop & Assorted Seafood, Steamed Prawns with Garlic Sauce and Vermicelli, and Chilled Snow Fungus, Lotus Seed with Peach Gum.
Whereas our Option 2 also offers an 8-courses of selections, ranging from appealing appetizers to delectable desserts. Our Option 2 menu offers menu such as Wok Fried Village Chicken with Sze Chuan Style, Stir Fry Prawn with Espresso Coffee Sauce, Red Braised Tiger Grouper Fillet with Ginger & Leek and Sweetened Caramelized Peach Gum and Ginseng Root will form a part of this delectable menu.
Chinese New Year Buffet – 9 February 2024
Savor the joy of togetherness with our lavish buffet spread, featuring an abundance of delectable dishes meticulously curated by our skilled culinary team. From succulent Peking duck to delicate dumplings, each bite is a celebration of Chinese culinary artistry. The buffet will be available on the 9th February 2023, from 6.00pm to 10.00pm. The Buffet includes an assortment of stalls offering Roasted Chicken and Duck, Yee Sang, Tang Yuan, Fried Nian Gao, Sarawak Laksa, and many more. Marinated Seafood Pasta Salad and Prawns on Ice as our appealing appetizers, Beijing Green Noodle with Minced Chicken Mushroom Ragout and hot items and desserts are all available for the evening.
BCCK Prosperity Yee Sang is available for takeaways and it comes in two sizes, which are the Medium sized one priced at RM68.00 and Large size is priced at RM108.00. Our specially prepared Yee Sang is served with Crispy Fish Skin and unique local dressing found only from BCCK.
Booking period for the Chinese Set Sit Down Menus and Prosperity Yee Sang will begin from 27th January 2024 until 24th February 2024 (except for 9th, 10th and 11th), and takeaway for Yee Sang, which requires 2 days of advance booking, and available for collection at The Raintree Restaurant, from 11am to 5pm.
