Stimulate the senses of the man of the house with two meticulously crafted menu sets to choose from – Western or Asian set, from only RM100 nett for 2 persons. This western set serves poached prawn with apple salsa, compressed watermelon with seasoned barley and fruits in lime dressing, braised beef in mushroom and leek, chicken fricassee in pineapple relish, chargrilled cauliflower and carrot, garlic butter and followed by mix fruit platter and black sesame ice cream for appetizer.
The Asian set includes pineapple “kerabu” prawn, “begedil” chicken with homemade cili dressing, Sarawak black pepper beef, baked chicken berlado with sambal kicap, stirfried cauliflower and carrot with turmeric spices, garlic butter rice and mix fruit platter and black sesame ice cream for appetizer.
